He had the Number 1 book in the world on Amazon in every category for a few days.

Dr. Dale Bredesen is one of the world’s most acknowledged experts on Alzheimer’s, and today's podcast is frankly astonishing. He's seen case upon case over many years of patients who had sometimes advanced neurological decline. And he reversed it.

I am a carrier of the gene that makes Alzheimer’s more likely APOE3/4, just one of the many reasons to interview him.

Dr. Dale says in his book "Virtually no-one in the future should have to die from Alzheimer’s." That's a big claim. Listen on to find out more.

Dr Bredesen made some comments about apoe 4 folks have a better ability to process fat, however I’m sure I have heard and read that we have less of ability to shuttle fat and therefore, we should reduce saturated fats to less than 20% (from Steven Gundry ‘s perspective). I am apoe4 and Keto so I’d love to have a firm understanding of this so I can manage my fat intake.

Have also read and heard from many in the wellness community that women’s hormones are affected when we fast for longer than 14 hours so again is not totally in line with the recommended 14-16 hour fast here.

I have read Dr. Bredesen’s book and employ many of his ReCode protocols.

I would appreciate anyone’s thoughts on my comments.

    Many thanks
