Greg Marsh is a natural eyesight genius.

I always used to pride myself on my eyesight, but let's be honest, as we get older, they don't work quite as well as they used to. I seem to have a little astigmatism, and one eye is a little bit dimmer than the other. So I got in touch with one of the world's leading expert on sorting out your eyesight naturally.

I don't agree with everything she says, but I love her approach and took a lot from the interview.

  • Every keto question answered.
  • You might think you’re doing it right, but you’re not!

Donna Lancaster used to be the head of training for The Hoffman Process and she now runs The Bridge Retreat. It's described as an emotional detox and a chance to rediscover your zest for life. In this podcast we talk

  • Marie Kondo.
  • Decluttering (physical and emotional)
  • The Inner Critic. And how to shut him/her up - or at least quieten him down a little bit.
  • Releasing emotional blocks, is it a continual process, or done once done.
  • Grief and how best to deal with it.
  • Not one, not two but three book recommendations.

And loads more. Check out The Bridge online at https://www.thebridgeretreat.com/ - I'm really hoping to go myself at some point.

He's described as "the ‘mega monk’ who wants us to slow down and embrace our imperfections."

Haemin Sunim is one of the most influential Zen Buddhist teachers and writers in the world. What he offers, is bite-sized buddhism, and it's made him a huge celebrity. His books have been translated into over 30 languages and are great guides not only to mediation but also to overcoming the challenges of everyday life.

I met him in Central London last week and as you'll hear, he instantly started turning negatives into positives.

And... I loved the way he told me he reads his own books for advice.

He has more than a million followers on Twitter (@haeminsunim) and Facebook. Check him out and enjoy listening.
