How do we make this year our best year ever - feeling good, achieving more, and creating balance in our personal and professional lives?
It's a show you can use to kickstart your year right now. (As well as hear me and Dr. Stephen Simpson kick around some good ideas and tell some stories.)
That's coming soon, on Zestology podcast
It's been almost a year since I started Zestology: The Podcast. It's been an amazing and fun journey. Here's my a special end of year show bringing together my favourite guests this year. Hey, if Eastenders can have a Christmas special, then so can Zestology.
As you know, I ask every guest at the end of the show for the one tip they'd give us all for more energy, vitality and motivation. The answer is always revealing. And I've brought the best ones all into one place in today's Christmas special.
So enjoy, and see you for more in 2016.

As you know, I ask every guest at the end of Zestology for the one tip they'd give us all for more energy, vitality and motivation, and the answers are always revealing. How do you live with optimism? How do you define positive energy? What does 'living with ease' really mean.
Today's podcast is one of the more emotional I've recorded. Bruce Van Horn has had plenty of ups, and some plunging downs over his life, and his story is shocking and uplifting.
Bruce is a motivational life coach, entrepreneur, and author of the book Worry No More! He’s cultivated a 4-step plan for his readers to stop worrying and start living with ease because, as he says, "life’s marathon, not a sprint".
He has 400,000 followers on Twitter, and he's one of the most retweeted people on the planet. Listen on for an emotional chat with one of America's top life coaches.

And then, one phone call changed his life... listen on for more, and make sure you listen to the full Zestology podcast this weekend.
A doctor that sings to his patients. I know - it sounds utterly crazy doesn't it. I must admit I was super sceptical before I interviewed Dr. Steven Eisenberg, and now I confess I'm won over by his sheer energy and enthusiasm for looking after his patients physical and emotional wellbeing.
But you can make your own mind up. Just make sure you listen, as he's a true healer, and he's certainly not conventional. He's won awards for the way he looks after his patients.
How good would it be to have a doctor that looked after your emotional as well as your physical needs?
Dr. Steven Eisenberg is a board certified oncologist who is certified in Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology and Hematology, and is most known for his love of writing songs for people living with cancer through The Lyrical Life Foundation. He was just nominated for Best Bedside Manner for Medical Specialties in the Tri-city Medical Center, Academy Awards and for good reason. He also has tens of thousands of followers on social media and now has his own TV show starting soon.
