It's fascinating to study daily rituals of successful people. And that's one of the main themes in this podcast. Jaret Grossman is one of those sickening individuals who seems to be good at everything! And one of the reasons I loved this podcast is we violently disagreed on the subject of daily rituals.

He's the co-founder of Muscle Prodigy - a company that has built a huuge following online. And he's a 3x All American Wrestler.

Here's the kind of stuff he talks about.

 - Discover Your Life Purpose
 - Learn How to TAKE BACK Control of Your Mind
 - Become an Emotional Jedi and Master Your Emotions Rather than Allow Them to Master You
 - Find Out How to Do MORE with Less Time
 - Understand the Crucial Elements to Building a Successful Brand
 - Foster Deep and Impactful Relationships
 - Be Able to Influence People's Behavior and Decisions for the Greater Good
 - Earn Money in Multiple Ways and at Elevated Heights

.... and of course, DAILY RITUALS!

Enjoy the show.

Energy, creativity, music and motivation, and how these themes all tie together.

Jono Grant is one of the world's top DJs. He and I had a caffeine-fuelled chat on music and creativity, and how he gets into the creative vibe. Above and Beyond are obviously a massive worldwide success and he also talks about the biggest gig he ever played - in front of 1 million people in Rio.

He's also responsible for the music that you hear at the start of the podcast.

We recorded this as part of a special Spotify series on music. If you'd like to listen to the full series head over to Zestology on Spotify.

One more thing - listen out for the end of the podcast where I'm recording at the famous Morning Gloryville party.

DISCLAIMER: This week's podcast was not recorded on a hangover 😂

  • IV drips - do they work if you are healthy but in need of a boost?
  • Can they get rid of your hangover? The big question!
  • How can you use nutrients to help you live longer?

This podcast was recorded WHILE I had an intravenous drip pumping 25 grams of Vitamin C and 1.5 grams of Magnesium into my bloodstream.

Dr Josh Berkowitz's treatments are based on the direct intravenous introduction of fluids and vitamins into the body. IVs are the quickest way to deliver fluids into the bloodstream.

Check out the drip gently releasing Vit C into my arm while we chat on the website - pics there.

But how did I feel when I got one while talking to Dr. Josh? And could high-dose vitamins and minerals pumped into your body benefit you?

I love meeting world experts, chatting to them and rolling my sleeves up and trying new stuff at the same time. I hope you enjoy listening to it too. You can listen now on iTunes, Spotify, and the website.

Also very cool - if you want to try it out for yourself, you can quote Zestology when you contact them at ivboost.uk and get 30% off. A not too shabby discount.

Stay zesty.

Sometimes we get so mired in stress, anxiety or wrapped up in our problems, it's hard to remember how to relax. So today I speak to one of the UK's top psychologists all about stress and balance.

Anna Williamson used to be a pop band, then was one of the UK's most popular children's TV presenters. It's quite a journey from that to respected psychologist (yes, I just used the J word). She's now the resident psychologist for Big Brother and ITV's This Morning, two of the biggest shows on UK television.

Join us as we discuss 'funny mind stuff'. She's had her own problems with anxiety and stress, and she's now all about balance.

Anna and I met to record at a venue in Central London - possibly the noisiest hotel in the city. Somehow it doesn't sound too loud on the interview though, thanks partly to some very friendly people we met who talked sotto voce while we recorded.
